The Down-Down Master / Mistress, Grand Master / Mistress, or Religious Advisor celebrates Hash accomplishments and punishes Hash crimes by handing the guilty party a drink. Meanwhile, the rest of the group sings an obnoxious song and the honored person downs their drink.
